Please read this document carefully before using the zx4r platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zx4r platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided through it. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you:

Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. zx4r will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. Identity Verification
Zx4r reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet compliance and fraud prevention requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform operations;
- Using automation software, bots, or other systems to exploit games;
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership;
- Abusing promotional offers or bonuses through unauthorised methods;

Deposit Terms
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe indicated, depending on your chosen payment method. zx4r is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. Users must ensure their bank account or digital wallet is active and has sufficient limits.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance with platform terms, including successful identity verification. zx4r reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests where there is suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or non-compliance. Withdrawals are processed only to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit, except in special circumstances approved by management.
Any transaction fees charged by your bank or third-party payment provider are the user's responsibility. zx4r will notify users of any applicable processing fees within the account.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Account Closure, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Zx4r reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, confirmed fraud, or upon request by a competent authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, unless determined otherwise following an internal investigation. Amendments to Terms
Zx4r reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
